Double Occupancy Rates

Ages 3 & up: full price
Group Buyout Rates
For parties of less than 8 guests that are interested in exclusive use of the lodge, we offer a lodge buyout rate of $8,800 per night. Parties of 8 or more automatically get exclusive use of the lodge at our per person daily rate. Please call us if you have any questions and for more details!

Per Person Rates

Our 2023 rates are $1,100 per person per night. and based on double occupancy with a 3-night minimum. Our rates include water taxi transportation from the Homer Harbor to Halibut Cove, taxes, Park fees, daily personalized guide service, private room, exclusive use of lodge facility, high-speed wireless internet, exceptional dining, and so much more! For guests that book one of our trips with Destination Alaska Charters, a complimentary VIP transfer from the Homer Airport to Mako's Water Taxi office the day of your arrival and departure, is also included.

Items that are an additional expense include staff gratuities, fishing licenses, fishing charters, flight seeing and brown bear viewing.

We will make your round trip water taxi reservation from Homer to Halibut Cove upon confirmation of your reservation at The Ridgewood.

Our fixed menus include a heavy emphasis on Alaska’s wonderful seafood, along with vegetarian sides and homemade breads. We are unable to cater to individual requests when preparing meals, however if you have an allergy to a specific food, please contact us before making your reservation to see if we can accommodate your needs.

Deposit & Payment Policy

  • ​A 50% deposit by personal or business check, or credit/debit card is required to confirm your reservation.
  • Remaining balances are due 90 days prior to your arrival.
  • Reservations made less than 90 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at time of booking.
  • Reservations made from overseas must be paid in full at time of booking, regardless of when the reservation is made.

Cancellation Policy 

  • ​The Ridgewood Lodge is a small, remote lodge serving relatively few clients each summer season. Because of this, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy.
  • As cancellations can crucially affect our business, deposits and other payments are refundable only if we are able to fill your space with another party (minus a $100 per person re-booking fee).
  • Reserved time can be moved to other dates within the same year as long as the space is available, given to other friends or family members, or moved to the following year.
  • The Ridgewood Lodge does not provide refunds for cancellations due to weather delays or illness.
  • We cannot assume financial responsibility for any cancellations, and ‘Cancel for Any Reason’ travelers insurance is strongly encouraged.
  • Cancellation requests need to be in writing please. ​
