Policies: Maximum capacity is 12 guests.   Minimum stay is 1 night.  We are open year round.

Cancellations: We are a small Alaska lodging business serving relatively few clients per year.  Deposits and other payments are refundable only if we are able to fill your space with another party (minus a $100 per person re-booking fee).  Reserved time can be moved to other dates within the same year for no charge so long as the space is available.  Cancellation requests need to be in writing please.  Vacation cancellation insurance policies are encouraged. Traveler's insurance can be purchased at www.travelguard.com.
